Boman Irani is suitably intimidating as the dean, but at times, his character borders on caricature. It’s disappointing that some supporting characters, like Kareena Kapoor's Pia, feel underdeveloped and are not given enough screen time to leave a lasting impression. The ensemble is strong, yet a few characters could have added depth with more substantial arcs.
