As the family grapples with internal conflicts and the external threat, the plot thickens with twists that keep the audience guessing until the end. However, the script does occasionally resort to predictable horror tropes that dilute some of the tension.

Characters That Flatter and Falter

Sharni Vinson brings a strong physical presence to her role as Erin, making her character's transition from victim to fighter feel plausible, even if some of her dialogue doesn't quite land.
